Good morning from sunny and chilly Maine! Much to our surprise, most of next summer’s dates are already booked. We are looking to fill just three weeks. The rest of the summer has been taken up with bookings from our repeat renters, which says a lot about our space.
We are looking to transition from a Short Term rental to a Long Term furnished rental and would welcome inquiries for rentals of a year or more. If you are inclined to spend some time in Mid Coast Maine to see if the area is right for you, our apartment offers a wonderful opportunity to come and unpack your bags for a longer term. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms and three living rooms (one deep inside the master bedroom suite), our apartment would suit a small family or a couple with lots of visitors!
